If you’re experiencing issues with verification:

- Ensure your personal and business information exactly matches your supporting documents (e.g., ABN details, driver’s licence, bank account). Even small differences like middle names, abbreviations, or spelling can cause issues.
- Check your documentation
- Make sure all documents are valid, clear, and legible. Blurry images, cropped documents, or expired IDs will not be accepted.
- Switch devices or browsers
- Sometimes, using another phone, tablet, or computer can resolve the issue.
