Managing business payments and cash flow can be challenging but Cloudfloat Wallet makes it simple. With Cloudfloat Wallet, you can pay your suppliers immediately while choosing when to settle your own balance, giving your business more flexibility and control.
What is Cloudfloat Wallet?
Cloudfloat Wallet is a digital business wallet designed to streamline payments and cash flow management. It allows businesses to:
Pay suppliers instantly
Repay over time with flexible schedules
Track balances, payments, and invoices in one place
It’s part of Cloudfloat’s broader financial platform, built to make business transactions faster, smarter, and more transparent.
How It Works
1. Top Up Your Wallet
Add funds to your Cloudfloat Wallet via bank transfer, PayID, or card. Your wallet balance is then ready to use for payments and transactions.
2. Submit a Payment or Invoice
Upload supplier invoices or payment requests to the platform. Choose to either Pay Now or use Pay Later / Instalments.
3. Cloudfloat Pays Your Supplier
Once confirmed, Cloudfloat releases the payment to your supplier often the same day — helping maintain strong supplier relationships and avoiding payment delays though processing time to receive depends on the supplier's bank.
4. Repay Cloudfloat on Your Schedule
If you chose Pay Later, repay Cloudfloat over a set schedule, such as 30, 60, 90 up to 120 days. Automated instalments make it easy to stay on track, with notifications and balance tracking in your dashboard.
Benefits of Using Cloudfloat Wallet
Flexible cash flow — Pay suppliers immediately without impacting your working capital.
Transparent fees — No hidden charges or interest; only pay for what you use.
Rewards & cashback — Earn rewards on processing fees for completed payments.
Faster payments — Real-time supplier payments compared to traditional banking delays.
Simplified management — Track invoices, payments, and wallet balances in one dashboard.
Who Can Use Cloudfloat Wallet?
Cloudfloat Wallet is designed for Australian-registered businesses with a valid ABN and GST registration. It’s ideal for small to medium businesses that want to simplify payments and manage cash flow efficiently.
