  • ABN

  • Email Address used to sign up

This ensures the system can locate your account and verify your business type.

Step 2: Identify Where the Issue Occurred

Take note of:

  • The screen where you got stuck

  • Any messages or errors displayed

  • Whether you reached the selfie verification step

  • Whether you are using mobile or desktop

Important: Your ID and selfie must be taken live, not uploaded from your device.

Step 3: Quick Fixes You Can Try

Many registration issues are easy to resolve:

  • Refresh the page

  • Clear your browser cache and history

  • Log out and log back in

  • Try a different device (mobile or desktop)

  • If a page isn’t loading correctly, take a screenshot for reference
