Expenses Not Covered by Cloudfloat

Cloudfloat does not support payments or funding for certain types of businesses, services, or transactions. These include, but are not limited to:

Financial & Payment Services

  • Foreign exchange bureaus and payment companies

  • Debt collection services (including collection agencies, factoring companies, liquidators, bailiffs, and bankruptcy lawyers)

  • Cheque cashing, guarantee, or cash advances from non-financial institutions

  • Pay-day lenders and person-to-person wire transfer services

Telecommunications & Travel

  • Telecommunications providers (wireless, cable, satellite, wireline, and internet services)

  • Travel services including airlines, cruises, car rentals, lodging, and travel tour operators not registered with a travel industry bonding agency or authorised as ticket agents

  • Telemarketing of travel-related products

Real Estate & Leasing

  • Leasing merchants (land, property, or real estate leased for periodic payments)

  • Mortgage payments

  • Condominium down-payments

Investments & Speculation

  • Futures or investment products intended for return (e.g., stock market, wine futures, horse breeding, timber, precious metals)

Consumer Services & Products

  • Credit restoration services

  • Tobacco and smokeless tobacco suppliers

  • Pharmacies selling prescription drugs online or unlawfully

  • Marijuana dispensaries (recreational or medicinal)

  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid selling schemes

Gambling & Adult Services

  • Lottery sales

  • Gambling, except for accommodation, restaurant/bar, or gift shop facilities within a casino complex

  • Prostitution, escort services, and massage parlours

  • Internet adult digital content and pornography

Charities & Political Contributions

  • Unregulated charities

  • Political party donations

Other Restricted Services

  • Payment aggregators, except when the entity sells goods it owns

  • Fees related to agency outside collection, bail bondsmen, and licensed insolvency practitioners

  • Door-to-door sales (except for payment on delivery directly to the company or franchisee)

Cloudfloat reserves the right to decline any payment or transaction that falls into these restricted categories.
