Joining Cloudfloat Pro takes a couple of minutes in the Cloudfloat app. There's no application, no credit assessment and no supporting documents to submit.
Before you start
You need a Cloudfloat business account.
Make sure your Cloudfloat Wallet has enough balance to cover the $330 membership fee ($300 + GST), or that you have a card on file to top up. The fee is debited from your Wallet.
Pro is per business. If you run more than one business on Cloudfloat, each one needs its own membership.
How to join
1. Open the Cloudfloat Pro offer in the app
Log in at app.cloudfloat.com and choose Cloudfloat Pro when prompted.
2. Review the price and confirm
A confirmation screen shows the membership fee of $300 + GST. Check the details and confirm to continue.
3. Accept the updated Terms & Conditions
You'll be asked to accept the updated Terms & Conditions in the app. This is the only thing you need to sign, and it isn't a credit application.
4. Your membership is activated
The fee is debited from your Wallet and your account is upgraded straight away. You'll see Cloudfloat Pro Membership Fee in your Wallet transactions.
Troubleshooting
The payment didn't go through: Check that your Wallet balance or card on file can cover $330, then try again.
