Option 1: Top up with PayID

  1. Log in to your Cloudfloat dashboard and go to Wallet → Top Up.

  2. Select PayID or Bank Transfer, choose your preferred PayID email and click Register. This email becomes your unique Cloudfloat PayID (and your forwarding email address), so choose carefully.

  3. In your banking app, select a PayID transfer, enter your Cloudfloat PayID email and the amount, then confirm.

Funds usually appear in your Wallet instantly. Tip: save your PayID in your banking app for one-tap top-ups.

Option 2: Top up by bank transfer

  1. In your Cloudfloat dashboard, go to Wallet → Top Up and copy the BSB and account number linked to your PayID.

  2. In your banking app, set up a new transfer using those details.

  3. Include your Cloudfloat reference in the payment description so we can match the deposit to your Wallet.

Your first transfer can take 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.

Option 3: Top up by card

  1. On your Cloudfloat home page, find the Wallet on the right-hand side and click Top Up.

  2. Enter the amount and click Confirm.

Your top-up processes in a few seconds, your balance updates automatically and you'll see a confirmation message. Card top-ups cost 1.65% + GST on Standard, or 1.5% + GST with Cloudfloat Pro.

Option 4: Set up a Auto- Refill (On Schedule)

  1. Go to your account Dashboard and open the Wallets section.

  2. In the Wallet section, click Auto-Refill next to Add Funds.

  3. Choose the On Schedule, top-up amount and frequency, Weekly or Monthly then click Enable Auto-Refill.

A weekly recurring top-up is a good way to make sure there are always enough funds for your payment requests.

Option 5: Set up a Auto- Refill (On Low Balance)

Each time you pay from your Wallet, Cloudfloat checks whether your balance is about to fall below your chosen threshold. If it is, your saved card is charged to top you back up.

  1. Go to your account Dashboard and open the Wallets section.

  2. In the Wallet section, click Auto-Refill next to Add Funds.

  3. Choose the On Low Balance, top-up amount and frequency, Weekly or Monthly then click Enable Auto-Refill.

Which option should I choose?

  • Want to avoid fees? Use PayID or bank transfer.

  • Need funds right now? Use a card top-up.

  • Want to set and forget? Use a recurring top-up or Smart Top-Up.
