This article explains how your Cloudfloat Pro membership renews, what happens if it ends, and what to do if you want to stop it.
How renewal works
Your membership runs for 12 months from the day you activate it.
It renews automatically. On your renewal date, the annual fee of $300 + GST ($330 in total) is debited from your Cloudfloat Wallet.
Please make sure your Wallet balance can cover the renewal fee on or before your renewal date.
If your renewal can't be processed
If the renewal fee can't be debited, your membership ends. Your account moves to Standard terms, which means you no longer have the Pro rates, your set Pro funding limit, or access to Working Capital and Redraw. You can join Pro again at any time. See How to join Cloudfloat Pro.
Cancelling or turning off auto-renewal
You can't yet cancel or turn off auto-renewal yourself in the app. To stop your membership renewing, contact [email protected] before your renewal date and our team will help.
Refunds
Under our current policy, the membership fee isn't refundable once it's been charged, including if you cancel part-way through the year. If you have questions about this, contact [email protected]. Please also refer to the Cloudfloat Pro Terms & Conditions.
When your membership ends automatically
Your membership is cancelled automatically if your Cloudfloat account moves to an overdue, collections or closed status, or if the account is deactivated, whether by you or by us. If your account has more than one user, the membership ends for the whole account. You then move to Standard terms. To understand what applies to your account, contact [email protected].
